Hi Queen & Co friends! Today I’m sharing a couple cards featuring the Foam Front cards and glitter washi. First up is a card using the Solo Butterfly Card Kit.
I used silver glitter washi for the butterfly background. To do this, I simply placed the butterfly cutout over my card base, then I traced around the inside of the butterfly with a pencil. I used the pencil line as a guide for laying down strips of washi.
I filled the butterfly with Donuts, Pops and Diamond toppings. To compliment the silver glitter washi, I outlined the butterfly with silver glitter glue. I finished off the card with some handmade roses die-cut from the new 6” x 6” paper pads.
Hello! Laurie Schmidlin with you today. I’ve got a couple of bright and colorful cards to share with you today featuring some of Queen & Co’s gorgeous Washi Tape!
I absolutely LOVE rainbow colors! I would have it every where in my house if I could get away with it! One of my favorite things about Queen & Co is how many of their products come in my beloved rainbow colors! Pure heaven I tell ya!
For my first card, I covered a piece of white cardstock with six of the Washi Tapes in alternating patterns. I mounted some white cardstock on top of it (cut at an angle) with dimensional foam. I embellished with coordinating buttons and a Purple Glitter Flower.
For my next card, I decided to use Washi Tape to create a fun and bold background. I mixed up the patterns but kept the color scheme to Blue, Yellow, and Black. I added a small strip of yellow patterned paper (from the Perfect Presents paper pad) to the right of the Washi Tape layer.
I die cut the number 16 and then added the die cut Celebrate sentiment below that. I embellished with some black and white twine and a Yellow Pom Flower.
Hi everyone! Nicole Nowosad here today to share with you a layout I created using the Butterfly Foam Front and some fun new toppings too!
I started this page with the idea of the rainbow striped paper from the 6x6 Flirty Florals paper pad and mimic it in the Foam Front Butterfly. I added some fun toppings in a rainbow of colors, starting at the top of the butterfly foam front and then worked my way through the rainbow. Once it was all full with lovely toppings, I diecut the front design with the Designer Die and added it to the front to cover the adhesive area.
From there, it was just time to finish off the layout! I diecut several flowers using the Pop Up Dies Flower, and added those to the bottom of the page, along with several of the new embellishments and a handcut title.
I hope you are inspired to use one of the Foam Front designs on your next scrapbook layout!
For my next layout, I am going to share a fun project using the Love Foam Front! I just love the fun text appeal of this design and it works great on a scrapbook page.
I started this page by adding the foam front to the base of my layout and then started filling it with some fun toppings - microbeads, diamonds, sprinkles, donuts and matte beads too! These foam fronts can hold a lot of little bits of goodness !
I simply covered up the front of the Foam Front with some red patterned paper and then went on to finish my page.
I cut several squares from patterned paper from the 6x6 paper pads and added a design to the bottom half of my page. Since the foam front was on a slight angle when I placed it down, I did the same with the squares of paper on the bottom of the page.
I added a simple title, using the Foam Front as part of it and added a few letter stickers in a contrasting color to make it pop against all that red! I love how the photo stands out, even though the large foam front is all full of fun bits!
