Mary-Ann Maldonado with a fun layout for you today using the colorful Polka Dot Washi!! After I begged, then received this fun candy machine, there was no other way to document it with anything other than circles right? I layered my papers first and then started cutting circles out of colorful washi.
I applied strips of washi on scrap pieces of white cardstock. I ran it through my cutting machine with circle dies to the clean crisp cuts. I added a few buttons, pinwheels and rivets to mimic more gum balls. For the left edge, I used the ruler washi, and folded over the number part to get only the lines on the front.
I layered my title directly on top of one of the circles as it curves around another. For the dimension behind the blue circle, I used the negative (left over piece) from the Summer Shaker Kit. I applied the washi circle to the top.
Supplies used: Polka Dot Washi in Teal, Red, Yellow, Green, Purple, Blue, Lollies in Blue, Green, Purple, White, Rivets in Black, Red, Green, Purple, Button Bouquets II in Purple, Yellow, Red, Green, Measuring Tape Washi and Black Sequins Sprinkles.
Thank you so much for stopping by today.
