Laurie Schmidlin here with you today. I've got four Spring filled shaker cards to share with you! I live in a colder climate and every year at this time I find myself longing for the warmer temperatures, pretty colors, and new growth that Spring brings. Even though I have a bit longer to wait for Spring to arrive outside, inside my studio I have surrounded myself with all the Spring things! :-)
My first card features the Rainbow Foam Front and coordinating Rainbow Foam Front Die. I filled the rainbow and cloud with some Tiny Bubbles and Pops Toppings. After assembling the shaker I die cut the top layer using the Rainbow Foam Front Die. (Before die cutting this, I had sponged and blended three ink colors on it and then splattered water and white paint on it.) I embellished with some Purple Sparkle String, a White Pom Pom flower and a Purple button on the butterfly.

This card features the Circle Foam Front and Circle Foam Front Die. I think one of my favorite things about the dies is that they not only coordinate perfectly with the Foam Fronts but can be used on their own regardless if you are creating a shaker card or not! This particular design would work well as a non-shaker card just as easily.
I adhered the circle foam front to a white card base. I added my sentiments and then filled it some Fimo Fun Toppings and clear Pastel Diamond Toppings. I sealed the top with the included clear acetate and then die cut a light gray frame using the Circle Foam Front Die (I used the outside frame part and discarded the circle). I arranged and glued down many stamped and die cut flowers around the circle opening and then added some Iridescent Pearls to the flower centers.

This next card features the Window Foam Front and Window Foam Front Die. I had a lot of fun creating this one! I started by die cutting the Window Foam Front die using white cardstock. I took the four inner rectangles and sponged them with four different colors of ink and then stamping them with some flowers. I added the Window Foam Front to a white card base and then adhered the sponged rectangles. I filled each rectangle with the matching color Donuts and Tiny Bubbles Toppings. I framed the top by die cutting the Window Foam Front die using black cardstock. I then added some stamped and die cut flowers and sentiment. For embellishment, I created colorful flowers using Lollies as the center and coordinating Twinkle Drops for the petals.

For my last card, I created one more Rainbow Foam From card. Nothing says Spring to me like a pretty rainbow! :-) To create this card I started by adhering the Rainbow Foam Front to a white card base. Before adding any toppings, I filled each rainbow layer with colored patterned paper. I did this by using the Rainbow Foam Front Die to die cut each part from a different piece of patterned paper. I then filled the rainbow and clouds with Pops Toppings. For the top layer, I die cut the Rainbow Foam Front Die using patterned paper. I added a stamped sentiment, a small scalloped paper layer and glitter at the bottom, a die cut sun and button, and some twine.
