Glitter is appearing everywhere at the moment and although Queen & Co doesn't have any products that are specifically glittered, it doesn't stop the design team ladies making some! Johanna Peterson shows us how. (Thanks Johanna!)
As the mom of 2 girls, pink is a very popular color in my scrapbooks, so often I dont have enough pink to go around.
solution:
I change the color of the fontastics I dont have much use for (ie: dark blue, blue, orange..)
1. if the letter is ok backwards, just use the back side which is a natural chipboard color (the o,l,i,x..)- if not carefully peel the top color off- the paint will stick to it better than if you painted on the blue, plus the blue is hard to cover since its so dark.
2. paint the fontastic
3. put the painted fontastic in the tray of glitter while wet, and the paint will act as an adhesive. tap off any excess glitter.
4. You now have a pink glitter fontastic, instead of dark blue.

Love the idea to make our alphas stretcH!!

OK, I would not have thought to pull the layer top off to reveal the chipboard. You are so smart, Johanna. Love your idea of glittering the fontastics! THank you!
